Loading infinite loop

Hi, so currently I try to load software while firstly launching cs 2 and it's is loading in the infinite loop, software is like stuck on it, although it works and I can exit program.

Same issue, Lunar_svc is launching after I click exit on the menu, but menu of software doesn't show
