Hey, from my experience with the trust system, you need a good account (with 3-6 medals) that was played on for the recent year or so.
If you want to stay in green trust while you cheat kinda obv. New Accs without any history will get red trust in 5-20 games even when you play super legit.
Currently its really hard to stay in green trust you need to be really carefull with how you cheat.
I had 1 acc i bought to play in green trust but it now turned yellow bc i cheated with others and got to many reports.
My 2 main accs i dont touch anymore with Cheats bc i dont want them to get red or banned at all. I only have my second main that is still green trust with only Lunar but i play there only 1-4x per month.

to add on to this, since trust factor has been a thing, if you're on a new account, you will notice your account go from red, to orange, to green after every match. they still need to calibrate your trustfactor fully, so just keep playing, i recommend wingman, since your rank in that doesn't matter, so if you come across ragers and lose 0-9. you won't really care much and the games are really fast
please also stay away from methods like commend boosting,if you want commends, ask your teammates for them, bought commends make you look like a cheater and they do nothing for trust, same goes for "buy x amount of in-game items" methods, the main thing that goes into trustfactor is literally time played without reports, which is really easy to get, although very time consuming
i bought a new account for CS2 to test and it took me around 3 months of playing 1-2 wingman matches per day before my trustfactor stayed green consistently. and that's with almost zero reports. for reference, my 'main' that has a gameban in siege from less than a year ago has been green for like 4 years.
take care when buying accounts too, accounts with a 5,10 year coin or some pins from the steam market and nothing else are instantly recognizable as a cheater account, even more so than a brand new fresh account, its way better to make your own account and just build it up over time or buy something fairly high-tier. the major is coming up, so its a prime opportunity to get your first proper coin if you make a new account.
